My
Account
Once you have created an account on KidsGolfio.com,
you will be able to access your account information
through the “My Account” link on the top right
navigation bar. It is where we keep all your
personal information such as billing address,
order tracking, and order history.
KidsGolfio.com account is seperate than Golfio.com's.
You need to re-register your account even though you
have an account with Golfio.com.
You can use the same username and password for both domains, however
the two accounts will list different order history.
You can access “My Account” at any time to keep
your information up-to-date, so you will be able
to place orders faster. “My Account” is a powerful
tool that allows you to manage your personal information:
- “Edit my Profile” allows you to
update your name, e-mail address, password,
and subscription to Kids Golfio Newsletter.
- “View Order Status and History”
allows you to check your order history and
track your packages.
- “Access My Wish List” allows you
to open your saved shopping cart to see the
list of products you saved and wish to buy.
- “Manage Address Book” allows you
to save multiple numbers of addresses for
you to choose and use during the checkout
process.
Password
Your password is your key to access your personal
information including account and order information.
Please keep it in a secure place and do not
share it with others.
You can update your password by logging in
to your account, and going to the “Edit My
Profile” section. If you forgot your current
password, you can request your password to
be sent to your e-mail account from the password
retrieval page.
Check
out Process
Kids Golfio's checkout process is very simple
and secure. Your personal information is kept
safe with us. You can read more about this
in the
Privacy
and Security section.
We have simplified the check out process to
only 3 easy steps*! New customers will need
to create
an account with us to be able to
place the order. In the log-in page, use
the form on the right to create your Kids
Golfio account. Your e-mail address and password
will be your account's log-in information.
Existing customers will need to log-in
to place their orders. Use the log-in form
on the left of the log-in page. If you saved
your address in the address
book, your address
information can be selected from the list and
it will be automatically entered to the corresponding
fields. You can still make some modifications
if necessary.
Gift Certificate codes can be placed at the
payment page, and it will be reflected immediately.

Order
Status
Once you have placed an order, you can check
its status at any time by logging in to “My
Account” and going to “View Order Status
and History”.
After we receive the payment confirmation, we
will further process your order to the shipping
department. Please check the “Shipping”
section below to read more about our shipping
policies.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track
your order by clicking on the “Track” button.
Our system is connected to a UPS server to deliver
you the most up-to-date information regarding
your order's status.
It is sometimes possible to make last-minute
changes to unshipped orders. These changes require
immediate assistance from
customer service.
Shipping
Kids Golfio normally processes and ships orders
within one business days unless mentioned
differently in the message above the "Add-to-Cart" button.
Business days are considered to be normal
working days, which are Monday to Friday,
and do not include holidays. Whenever possible,
we use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship
orders to ensure the highest standards for
the most reasonable price.
Our shipping system uses actual weight and
dimension to calculate shipping costs and it
connects directly to the UPS server to get
the most current rate of every order you place.
You have the option of Ground, 3 days Select,
2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping that
you can specify during the checkout process.
Each service has its own price, and you
can select them from the drop down menu during
the check out process. Please note: this
is the shipping method used when shipping out
your order; it is not the number of days you
will receive the item. For example: if the
item status shows as "Item
will ships in 1-3 weeks" and you choose
UPS 2nd day air; it means, the item will be
shipped out within 1-3 weeks using UPS 2nd
day air method.
You are entitled to receive FREE UPS
Ground Shipping if you place an order
of $129 or more for shipping
to all 50 U.S. states except Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. The
free shipping rate will be reflected automatically
during the checkout process.
A 99 cents handling fee will be added to every order.
We ship to all 50 U.S. States. All
orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped
by either UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or
UPS Overnight.
NEW: We are now accepting orders from Canada! Please make sure to choose
the corresponding Country and State name during the check-out process.
Please kindly note that oversize items such as golf bags
may require additional shipping costs if shipped using USPS.
Payment
and Billing
We accept the following credit cards for payment:
You must have your billing address, shipping
address, and issuing bank within the United
States to have your order processed. Paying
online with a credit card is easy and safe with
our highly secured payment system.
You may also use a Gift Certificate to make
a purchase. You can enter your gift certificate
code in the same page where you enter your
credit card information. If the total price
exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate,
you need to pay for the rest of the balance
with a credit card. Unused balances will remain
on the gift certificate.
A sales tax of 8.25% will be applied only for
orders shipped to California addresses. These
charges, if any, will be itemized and included
in the total amount billed in the final step
of the checkout process.
Warranty
Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the original
product manufacturer’s discretion. All standard
warranty information can be found together with
the products, or on the manufacturer's web sites.

Legal
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information
on our website is accurate, complete and current,
there may be instances when information about
a product contains inaccurate or incomplete
data, including data about the product’s price
or availability.
Kids Golfio makes no warranty or guarantee
that the information on our website is error-free,
complete, or current.
Kids Golfio reserves the right to correct errors
and update the content on our website at any
time without notice.
Kids Golfio also reserves the right to refuse
or cancel any order containing any error or
inaccuracy after the order has been submitted,
whether or not the order has been confirmed
or your credit card charged.
