At Golfio, we stand behind every product we sell. We are committed to providing high quality products and value, and we back it with a satisfaction guarantee, or your money back.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will credit the refund based on your original payment method.

You can also make a request to receive your refund in the form of store credit. Be sure to specify the refund method in the Return Form.

If you received the merchandise in damaged condition, please save all shipping materials and send an e-mail to support@golfio.com immediately for assistance. Follow the procedure below to return your item(s), and return the corresponding item(s) as soon as possible.

Shipping cost back to our location will be covered by us only if the return is in regard to receiving wrong or damaged items. Shipping cost for replacement will be free of charge only for shipments within US' addresses.

Return Procedure

  1. Pack your merchandise securely together with each item's original box.

  2. Complete the Return Form. It can be found on the first page of your invoice.

  3. If you do not have your Return Form, please contact customer service at support@golfio.com
