- Are
you selling brand new equipment?
Yes! We only sell brand new equipment and
golf related products in our website.
At KidsGolfio.com, we stand behind every
product that we sell. We are committed to

knowing that every product that we are selling

- What
is the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check
its status at any time by logging in to “My
Account” and going to “View Order
Status and History”.
After we received the payment confirmation,
we will further process your order to the
shipping department. Please check the “Shipping”
section below to read more about our shipping
policies.
Once your order has been shipped, you can
track your order by clicking on the “Track”
button. Our system is connected to a UPS server
to deliver you the most up-to-date information
regarding your order's status.
It is sometimes possible to make last-minute
changes to unshipped orders. These changes
require immediate assistance from customer
service at support@kidsgolfio.com.
- How
do I find the item I am looking for?
Whether you know exactly what you are looking
for or you are browsing to discover new
exiting items, Kids Golfio makes it easy
to do both.
You can use the "Product Categories"
menu on the left side of the page to browse
products by specific category.
Simply put a keyword into the search box on
the top left corner of the page's body for
an easy search.
- Is
it safe to use my credit card on KidsGolfio.com?
Kids Golfio uses some of the most sophisticated
security software available. All transactions
are processed with the latest version of
Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to
encrypt your information in a very secure
connection. It is extremely unlikely that
any transmitted transaction information
will be misused.
- Is
my personal information kept private?
All
information is used internally to process
customers’ orders. We will not sell and/or
distribute your
personal information to any other parties
without your consent, unless it is enforced
by law.
- How
can I modify the order I've placed?
It is sometimes possible to make last-minute
changes to unshipped orders. These changes
will require immediate assistance from customer
service at support@kidsgolfio.com.
Please note that most orders will be shipped
within one to two business days.
- I
lost my password, please help!
You can request your password to be sent to
your e-mail account from the password
retrieval page. Then, you can update
your password by logging into your account,
and going to the “Edit My Profile” section.
- Do
you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes,
you can find it in the Kids Golfio Gift Certificate
page. For more detailed information, please
refer to the gift
certificate support page.
- How
much are the shipping cost?
Our shipping system uses actual weight and
dimensions to calculate shipping costs and
it connects directly to the UPS server to
get the most current rate of every order you
place.
You are entitled to receive FREE
UPS Ground Shipping if you place
an order of $129 or more.
The free shipping rate will be reflected
automatically during the checkout process.
- Do
you do international sales?
Yes! We accept orders from international customers.
Currently our online ordering system accepts only US and Cadanian addresses. However, we do ship packages to other countries as well.

do I return an item?

- How
does the 6th club for free offer works?
U.S. Kids Golf has developed this program to reward our frequent customers.
Once you have purchased 5 clubs, you have the opportunity to receive a 6th Club Free!
This applies to clubs purchased in a set, or individually.
Your 6th Club Free may be either an iron or putter of your choice in the color system you desire.
Be sure to keep your UPC code from our packaging along with your purchase receipt.
